Breathe

If you feel overwhelmed and find all this is too much to digest, Breathe and Relax.

Though something we do every second of our lives, breath is the most under-rated tool we all carry with us all the time. Just sitting and observing our thoughts as we breathe make life lot simpler and calm. There is a lot more clarity that touches us in this very moment.

All that we are looking for, striving for is somehow always found in this moment. It is just that you need to choose which moment it has to be.

Want to label it as a moment that is far from today, so shall be. Fully believe that all that you wish to can be available just here and now in this very moment, so shall be true as well.
